Bella Bags & Boxes opened Oct. 1. Owner Sidney Ray designs and arranges the organza and bejeweled gift bags and boxes, something she learned working in Los Angeles during the last five years. "I used to do gift bags for entertainment industry-related events," such as an Emmy's post party and the "We are Family" 9-11 fundraiser for New York families, Ray said. The business does not have a retail presence, but she plans to go online early next year. Right now, orders are made by appointment. Gift arrangements range from $15 to $200, Ray said, and some product lines are found on the online directory www.bellavitaluxuries.com.|ret||ret||tab|
