North Korea agrees to shut down missile test sites

North Korea agreed to close key missile test facilities in the presence of "international experts."

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in made the agreement during a three-day summit in Pyongyang.

The north and south also agreed to connect two rail lines across the militarised border.
