Nissan moves to dismiss chairman for ‘acts of misconduct’

Nissan Motors announced it would dismiss Chairman Carlos Ghosn.

Company officials said they discovered "significant acts of misconduct" by Ghosn, including the alleged underreporting of his own salary and the use of company assets for personal benefit.

Ghosn also is chairman and CEO of France’s Renault and chairman of Mitsubishi Motors.
