KPM CPAs PC hired Erin Norris as a manager and Carrena Wagner and Jordan Lewis as staff accountants. Norris comes with 10 years of accounting experience and membership in the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Wagner has 18 years of experience and a bachelor’s in accounting from Iowa Wesleyan College. Lewis, a former intern with the firm, has a bachelor’s in accounting and an MBA from Missouri State University.

Education
MSU distributed Excellence in Community Service Awards to Addie Douglas, the custodial foreman at Foster Recreation Center, and Alisa Garbish, assistant director of residence life’s student success initiatives. Six staff members received Excellence in University Service Awards: Kevin Agee, new media specialist; Judith Campbell, administrative assistant; Gay Carson, administrative specialist; Lynn Dickison, senior enterprise systems administrator; Nathan Hoff, associate registrar for degree programs and advising support; and Jennifer Walker, financial aid counselor at the West Plains campus.

Drury University ranked No. 49 in Kiplinger’s Personal Finance list of Top Private Universities. This is the fourth year in a row Drury has made the nationwide list.

Health Care
CoxHealth hired Jann Holland as associate vice president of marketing/communications. She has a bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Missouri and previously worked as Drury University’s vice president and executive director of marketing and communications.

Hospitality
Chateau on the Lake Resort & Spa promoted Paul Trout to executive chef. He’s served as the Branson resort’s executive sous chef since 2011 and previously as a sous chef and banquet chef for Tapas Downtown in Redding, California.

Rolling Oaks Group of Cos. promoted six employees: Brad Danzak to chief operating officer; Sabina Schmidt to vice president of finance and accounting services; Bethany Marcol to vice president of human resources/administration services; Scott Warren to regional operations manager of Rolling Oaks Hospitality; Cruz Dubon to regional maintenance manager for Affiniti Management Services; and Brandy Kindrick to regional fair housing and training manager for Affiniti Management.

Nonprofit
Council of Churches of the Ozarks hired Michele Delcoure as director of communications to the executive staff. She has 25 years of marketing and communications experience, including four years for The Loft outreach ministry addressing poverty in downtown Springfield.

Sales
Springfield Pool and Spa was named 2016 Territory Dealer of the Year by Watkins Wellness, the makers of Hot Spring Spas and Endless Pools Fitness Systems.

Owners Scott and Kelly Thomas attended the dealer meeting in Newport Beach, California.

Trades
Preferred Family Healthcare, the Ozark Region Workforce Development Board’s contractor for its youth program, received a $149,000 grant for a multitrade preapprenticeship program.
 
The grant will fund a 10-week program for 10 participants ages 18-24.
