Arvest Bank promoted Mindy Bransfield to branch manager at Bradford Parkway and Casondra Harris to consumer lender at the Republic Road branch. Bransfield joined the bank in 2011 and has worked as manager of the Arvest inside the Nixa Wal-Mart Supercenter. Harris, an employee since 2008, has served as an assistant branch manager and branch manger.

Shaun Burke, president and CEO of Guaranty Bank, was elected a regional director of the Missouri Bankers Association. Burke has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has held his position at Guaranty Bank since 2003.

Trust Company of the Ozarks promoted Kerri Clarke to a trust officer. She has nearly eight years of financial experience and earned her bachelor’s in finance from Missouri State University.

Rachel R. Dwiggins and Brian D. Todd were promoted to partner at accounting firm BKD LLP, and M. Aaron Little was promoted to director. Dwiggins is a member of the firm’s not-for-profit and government group, providing audit and consulting services for not-for-profit and governmental entities. She earned a bachelor’s in accounting from MSU. Todd is a tax specialist in the not-for-profit and government group and the firm’s national health care group. He also serves on the executive committee of the firm’s industry team for Springfield nursing facilities and other health services. He earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Little leads the operations of BKD’s health care billing services team, which manages more than $60 million in client revenues for home care, hospice and senior living entities. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from College of the Ozarks.

Empire Bank promoted Tim Prater to assistant vice president-mortgage loan officer, responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans.

Prater has a bachelor’s in finance from MSU and more than 22 years of experience in banking and real estate lending.

Commerce Bank hired Todd Finke as a merchant services account representative. He offers products and services to streamline payment processing systems for merchant customers. Finke has more than 25 years of business and management experience, with the last six years in merchant services and payment processing.[[In-content Ad]]
