Architecture
Hood-Rich Architecture added Michael Clotfelter as a project architect. He has 10 years of architecture experience and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Coltfelter spent the last 10 years with his family business, Bestway Moving and Storage Inc., and previously worked for BRP Architects.

Banking and Finance
Guaranty Bank named Rachael Godden and Kelly Ward as retail banking group managers. Godden, who also was promoted to vice president, has 18 years of banking experience. She joined Guaranty in 2004 and now leads four branches in Springfield and one in Ozark. Ward has 11 years of experience, most recently at U.S. Bank. She leads three Springfield branches and two banking centers in Nixa for Guaranty Bank.

Arvest Bank added Darla Marler as a treasury management sales adviser serving the Springfield and Joplin markets. She has 10 years of experience in banking and treasury management and spent the last six years in the health care industry. Marler works with commercial clients on leveraging technology and fraud prevention services to enhance efficiency of cash flow.

Engineering
Trekk Design Group LLC hired Steve Meyer as an industry specialist. He helps communities better understand their storm and sanitary water systems. Meyer is the former Springfield director of environmental services.

Education
Missouri State University’s Bill and Lucille Magers Family Health and Wellness Center received a perfect accreditation score from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The primary care clinic was scored on approximately 800 quality points during the on-site survey process. It’s the first perfect score the Magers center has received from the AAAHC in eight surveys since 1997.

Government
Barry County Prosecuting Attorney Amy Boxx was named one of 12 advisers to incoming Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s transition team. She was elected prosecuting attorney in 2014.

Recreation
Edsel Matthews
of the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds was one of five volunteers presented with the Heritage Award at the International Association of Fair and Expositions in San Antonio, Texas. Matthews has served on the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds and Event Center board since 1978 and was part of the three-member committee that established the Ozark Empire Fair Foundation and its funding arm the Gold Buckle Gala.

Technology
Pearson-Kelly Technology
was one of 132 firms named a 2018 Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging. The selections were based on criteria including growth initiatives, innovative marketing programs, customer service, charitable contributions, progressive workplace cultures and adaptability. Pearson-Kelly also was named an Elite Dealer in 2016 and 2017.

Transportation
Krissy Sinor
was named 2019 vice president for the Oats Inc.’s board of directors. She is currently the training coordinator of the Springfield-Greene County Library District and was appointed to the Oats board in 2017.
