Springfield Ballet Inc. hired Brian Norris as associate artistic director. During his 18-year professional career, he’s served as ballet master for Rochester City Ballet and Man Dance Co. of San Francisco and performed romantic, classical and neoclassical ballets in New York, London and Vienna.

Banking & Finance
Hawthorn Bank named Dustin Turner vice president and commercial loan officer. He most recently worked in lending at Southern Bank.

BRS CPAs & Advisors LLC appointed Greg Bush as a managing shareholder. He has 25 years of experience in public accounting and helped establish BRS in 2002. Bush will continue to advise clients, as well as spearhead initiatives to grow the firm’s services.

Dakota Cooper-Maher joined Qualified Pension Services Inc. as a plan consultant. She has eight years of experience in customer service and previously held roles as a licensed massage therapist for Grove Spa and a brand ambassador for Ozarks Technical Community College.

Construction
Branco Enterprises Inc.
ranked 87th among the 100 Top Contracting Firms in the Midwest by Engineering News-Record magazine. The construction company, founded in 1933, earned $55.4 million in 2016 revenue.

Education
Sophomore Abbie Weiler represented Central High School at the Missouri Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership in Practice program. Selected as a future leader, she joined some 120 high school students statewide at Westminster College to participate in leadership activities simulating real-life situations. 

The Missouri State University Board of Governors granted Rachael Dockery, the school’s general counsel, and Steve Foucart, the chief financial officer, the University Leadership Chair, given to those who demonstrate superb leadership. Dockery has been general counsel since 2014, and Foucart has been CFO since 2013 but joined MSU in 2008.

Health Care
Integrity Home Care Inc. appointed Matt Mastilak vice president of finance and accounting. He started work for Integrity as an intern in 2008 and most recently served as corporate director of finance.

The Manor at Elfindale earned the 2017 Silver Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. The Manor is one of four nursing facilities statewide recognized this year.

The U.S. News & World Report recognized Cox South and Cox Branson as Best Regional Hospitals for 2017-18. Among 4,500 medical centers nationwide evaluated, Cox South ranked No. 9 and Cox Branson was No. 10 in Missouri, both recognized with high performance care for congestive heart failure and knee replacements.
