Xerox announced the hiring of John Visentin as its new CEO.
A past executive at IBM and Hewlett-Packard, Visentin will receive $11.5 million in signing bonuses and as much as $13.6 million more in total annual compensation.
Visentin replaces Jeff Jacobson, who exited amid a proxy fight with investors.
