Three more O’Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY) executives and one board member made recent trades, according to filings this week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Board member Rosalie O’Reilly Wooten led the way with two trades this month.

Wooten on May 16 sold 10,000 O’Reilly Automotive shares to net $2.7 million, after disposing of 2,843 shares earlier this month via a bona fide gift worth $735,655. Together, the trades totaled nearly $3.5 million, according to an SEC filing.

Other recent trades were made under the SEC transaction code M, through which executives can execute their rights to buy shares at set rates and sell them at market prices.

The trades were by Tom McFall, chief financial officer, who net $1.8 million; and Scott Kraus, senior vice president of real estate and expansion, who made $1.2 million, according to separate SEC filings. McFall earlier in the month netted $1.8 million from trades.

Separately, Darin Venosdel, senior vice president of inventory management, sold $135,730 worth of shares on May 18 via a standard market trade, according to an SEC filing.

ORLY shares were trading at $268.25 as of 11:45 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $169.43 to $280.40.
