A former Microsoft worker was charged for allegedly stealing $10 million in digital currency.
Volodymyr Kvashuk, a 25-year-old Ukrainian citizen, is accused of stealing gift cards and other digital currency and reselling them on the internet for profit. He allegedly bought a $1.7 million lakefront home and $160,000 vehicle with the proceeds.
Kvashuk, who was arrested yesterday, helped test Microsoft's online retail sales platform.
