McCaskill, Hawley debate health care, party loyalty

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, and Republican Senate candidate Josh Hawley squared off yesterday in their first debate.

The political rivals discussed health care, party loyalty and border security.

Hawley said McCaskill is too liberal for Missouri, while McCaskill hammered her challenger for his positions on health care, according to The Associated Press.
