Jimmy John's faces legal setback in wage-theft case

Jimmy John's suffered a legal setback when a Chicago appeals court ruled workers can sue the corporate entity and its restaurant franchisees.

In the case, plaintiffs claim the sandwich chain denied them overtime wages.

Of Jimmy John's 2,600 restaurants, 98 percent are operated by franchisees.
