Integrity Home Care creates new executive roles

Posted online

Integrity Home Care Inc. created three new executive director positions.

Dylan Walker, marketing and communications manager for the Springfield-based health care organization, said staff were informed Aug. 30 about the newly created executive director positions overseeing hospice, home health and home care. The new executive directors report to Amy Ford, the company’s vice president of operations.

Walker said Integrity management selected Ashley Espy as executive director of hospice and Hilary Wilson as executive director of home health. An executive director of home care has not yet been selected.

“We created three new positions to help ensure we continue to provide quality care as we grow,” Walker said via email.

Espy joined Integrity in 2014 as a clinical director in Springfield before being promoted in 2016 to hospice administrator for southern Missouri.

“Ashley has led our southern hospice teams through successful expansions and has built a solid team of hospice professionals who work tirelessly to care for our clients,” Ford said in a news release sent this morning to Springfield Business Journal.

In her new executive director role, Espy is tasked with leading Integrity’s hospice operations across its footprint, which includes offices in Springfield, Lebanon, Kansas City, Columbia and St. Louis.

Wilson joined Integrity in 2016 as clinical director in Columbia before being promoted to administrator for home health in the company’s north Missouri region, according to a separate news release.

“Hilary has shown to be a great leader, collaborator, and is a strong advocate for her teams and those we serve,” Ford said in the release.

Wilson is in charge of home health operations systemwide for Integrity in her new position.

Integrity recently was a finalist for SBJ’s Economic Impact Awards in the category of businesses operating 16-29 years. The company reported $56 million in 2017 revenue via home health, hospice, integrated medication management, in-home and consumer-directed service programs, and pediatric nursing services.
