The co-founders of the photo-sharing app Instagram are exiting the company in the coming weeks.
Kevin Systrom, CEO of Instagram, and Mike Krieger, chief technical officer, did not provide a specific reason for stepping down from the company now owned by Facebook.
Systrom in a statement said he and Krieger were “ready for our next chapter." He hinted they would create something new.
