The state of Illinois filed suit against the Trump Organization over allegedly polluting the Chicago River without a permit.
The Illinois attorney general's office alleges the Trump International Hotel & Tower continue to discharge a limited amount of pollutant into the river after its state permit lapsed.
The suit alleges the operators of the 92-story tower have been violating state water pollution laws since last fall.
