Husch Blackwell LLP selected two Springfield attorneys among a list of 18 new partners starting Jan. 1.
The locals are Lauren Hawkins and Lindsey Lund, according to a news release.
Hawkins specializes in technology, manufacturing and transportation, specifically corporate and transactional law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law.
Lund’s practice focuses on transactional work in the commercial real estate space, as well as development and construction. She has her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, according to the release.
The Springfield office inside Hammons Tower, led by Managing Partner Bryan Wade, currently has eight partners, according to its website.
Husch Blackwell’s main practice areas are in financial services and capital markets; real estate, development and construction; technology, manufacturing and transportation; energy and natural resources; health care, life sciences and education; and food and agribusiness.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
