Noodles & Co. franchisee Hamra Enterprises plans to open its newest restaurant in Richmond Heights Nov. 21.
The Springfield franchisee owns six other Noodles & Co. restaurants in the St. Louis metro area, as well as two in Columbia and several in New England.
Hamra Enterprises purchased the Missouri franchise rights for Noodles & Co. in 2014 for an undisclosed amount from North American Dining LLC.
