Guess chairman resigns after probe into improper conduct

Guess co-founder Paul Marciano resigned as the company's chairman.

Marciano exited the company following an investigation by a special committee into allegations of improper conduct.

Marciano left behind the day-to-day operations of the business in February, days after model and actress Kate Upton accused him of using his power to harass women.
