Project description: With Coryell Enterprises Inc. as construction manager, Verandas LLC is building 162 apartment units across four buildings on nearly 6 acres in south Springfield. The first building is scheduled for completion in July, said Chelsey Bunch, marketing director for TLC Properties, which is managing the complex. Bunch said units will range from $550 for studios to $1,500 for three-bedroom apartments. A property manager will work on-site beginning in late April or early May, she said.
