Project description: O’Reilly Development Co. is building a continuum-of-care community with 83 independent living units, 46 in assisting living and 16 in a memory care division. General contractor O’Reilly Build broke ground in June on 10 acres at the southwest corner of Highway M/Republic Road and West Bypass. The Township Senior Living development is across the street from Russell Cellular’s planned $8 million headquarters in Battlefield. It comes on the heels of O’Reilly Development this summer opening a $36 million senior living center, called The Boulevard, in St. Charles. Last year, O’Reilly Development completed The Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, and it’s also working on Wildwood Senior Living in Joplin. Arrow Senior Living is on board to manage The Township property, said Brenda Raynor, a spokeswoman for O’Reilly Development.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
