Project description: At the entrance to The Villages at Wicklow off Highway CC, The Castlewood will bring another 104 units to Christian County through a continuum-of-care community. The project comprises three buildings: a three-story, 51-unit independent living home; a two-story, 40-unit assisted living facility; and a single-story, 16-bed memory care center. O’Reilly Development Co. spokeswoman Brenda Raynor said The Castlewood has 12 floor plans with independent living rates starting at $2,300 per month, and 65 percent is preleased. Other senior living projects by O’Reilly Development and Pat O’Reilly include The Boulevard in St. Charles and The Wildwood in Joplin.
