Project description: Arkansas-based K-MAC Holdings Corp. is bringing another Taco Bell fast-food restaurant to the Queen City. The latest is being constructed in front of Springfield Plaza off West Sunshine Street. Officials say he building is designed with the chain’s new aesthetic, as well as electronic ordering kiosks and a drive-thru. It’ll be the 11th Taco Bell in Springfield, all of which are owned by K-MAC, according to Dennis Casey, the company’s vice president of operations.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
