Project description: James Tillman, owner of Complete Electrical Solutions, is developing a center for up to four tenants in south Springfield. No leases are signed yet, he said, noting interest by food services, small retailers and office users. Though there isn’t an official name for the center, Tillman is considering calling it Republic Plaza. The nearly half-acre property, tucked between strip centers with Blinds Plus and Domino’s Pizza, is owned by CES Holdings LLC, according to Greene County assessor records. Lee McLean III of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. is the listing agent. The lease rate is $16.50 per square foot, according to the property listing, which indicates the average household income within a mile is $62,600.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
