The nearly half-acre property, tucked between strip centers with Blinds Plus and Domino’s Pizza, is owned by CES Holdings LLC, according to Greene County assessor records. Lee McLean III of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. is the listing agent. The lease rate is $16.50 per square foot, according to the property listing, which indicates the average household income within a mile is $62,600.
