Project description: The building is designed as a sustainable and collaborative structure with solar panels on the roof, a rooftop meeting and social area, a test kitchen for work between chefs and culinary teams, and an in-house bike shop and coffee shop, said co-developer Tim O’Reilly, an executive with O’Reilly Hospitality Management LLC and O’Reilly & Preston LLC. Both of O’Reilly’s companies plan to move into the office, taking up about 14,500 square feet. Ransin Injury Law plans to occupy 3,500 square feet. “It’s an exciting development. It’s going to be our O’Reilly Hospitality national corporate headquarters,” O’Reilly said. The project also includes a 2,500 square-foot corporate training and meeting area that integrates with the lobby and test kitchen via sliding doors. O’Reilly anticipates holding charitable events in the space.
