Project description: Multifamily residential developer and property management firm Bryan Properties is building 24 apartment units on three stories, said BP Builders Project Manager Angela Blevins. Located just east of Glenstone Avenue, she said the facade is designed with painted brick and vinyl siding, with stained cement boards and louvres mixed in. “It’s a pretty modern look,” Blevins said, noting the developers are targeting young professionals as tenants. Lease rates are $695-$895 per month for one- to three-bedroom units, according to Bryan Properties’ online listing.
