Project description: LifePoint Church, led by founding pastor Lane Harrison, is expanding its building with new classrooms, offices, a lobby and multipurpose room, said Branco Enterprises project manager and Vice President Sean Thouvenot. He said crews will connect the new and existing buildings to create direct access. “They’ve outgrown their existing lobby space, so they’re going to move the lobby over here and channel their people better between Sunday school and worship service,” Thouvenot said. The church currently holds three Sunday morning services, according to LifePointOzark.com. The new building’s design matches the current look, Thouvenot said, and a covered canopy will connect the two structures.
Connected to Watkins Elementary School is a new storm shelter now under construction.
