Project description: Springfield architecture firm H Design Group LLC is doubling its headquarters in a move two lots north of its current office. Spokeswoman Madeline Brown said the design has an open studio environment with a focus on spatial flexibility and collaborative workflow. The new office will include two conference rooms, five team work zones and updated technology. At 4,400 square feet, Brown said the current office has reached staffing capacity. “We currently have 16 employees. Our new space has a large open floor plan that is designed to accommodate nearly 10 more employees when the firm is ready to grow,” she said.
