Project description: After 12 years in private physical therapy practice, Bill vanHoornbeek is building his own clinic in Bolivar. He plans to move in May from leased space in Vineyard Square. With Bolivar Physical Therapy Center occupying 2,100 square feet in the new building, vanHoornbeek said the remainder would be rented to an undetermined professional office tenant. His anticipated rental rate is $10 per square foot.
The outpatient orthopedics clinic manually treats impairments, pain and injuries, and customizes rehabilitation programs.
