The first phase of the apartment campus opened in 2012, and Bryan Properties originally planned to complete a phase each year. Marketing Manager Lisa Hamaker said the firm has advanced the timeline to finish the entire $48 million, 700-bed development by this summer. “We’ve had some really great weather,” she said. The last phases call for an additional pool and pool house, outdoor grilling area, miniature golf and a pet park.
