Project description: In the final three phases of the student housing development, Bryan Properties is adding three buildings and 300 beds at the Kimbrough Avenue and Madison Street complex near Missouri State University. The first phase of the apartment campus opened in 2012, and Bryan Properties originally planned to complete a phase each year. Marketing Manager Lisa Hamaker said the firm has advanced the timeline to finish the entire $48 million, 700-bed development by this summer. “We’ve had some really great weather,” she said. The last phases call for an additional pool and pool house, outdoor grilling area, miniature golf and a pet park.
