Former Greenville city clerk charged with stealing $150K

The former city clerk of the small Missouri city of Greenville has been charged with theft.

Charges filed by Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley's office allege Pamela Birmingham stole more than $150,000 from the city.

Between 2014 and 2016, Birmingham allegedly wrote herself checks from city bank accounts and falsified city records.
