Fort Motor Co. yesterday announced plans to phase out sedans in North America.
The only cars the company will keep in North America are new generations of the Mustang and the Focus Active.
“We’re going to feed the healthy parts of our business,” CEO Jim Hackett told analysts on a conference call Wednesday, “and deal decisively with the parts that destroy value.”
