DOJ inspector general report on Clinton email probe released

The Department of Justice inspector general report on the handling of the Clinton email probe has been released.

The more than 500-page report focuses on decisions made by former FBI leader James Comey. The report describes him as "insubordinate" while also criticizing then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch for weak leadership.

However, the report did not find instances of political bias. It gave support to the decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton.
