Comcast offers $65B for 21st Century Fox assets

Comcast on Wednesday made a $65 billion offer for 21st Century Fox's television and film assets.

The offer may set up a bidding war with Walt Disney Co., which last year made a $52.4 billion offer for the assets.

Comcast, the nation’s leading cable company, already owns Universal Studios and NBC.
