CFO chooses businesspeople for board of directors

Community Foundation of the Ozarks last week named four area businesspeople to its board of directors.

CFO's 21 board members serve three-year terms with possible second three-year terms, according to a news release.

The new board members are:
  • Brian Hammons, president of Stockton-based Hammons Products Co.;
  • Randy Howard, financial adviser for Edward Jones in Aurora;
  • Stephanie Strenger Montgomery, an attorney and president and CEO of Springfield Land LP; and
  • Rosalie O’Reilly Wooten, a community volunteer and retired executive vice president of O'Reilly Automotive Inc.
According to the release, CFO's executive committee for 2012-13 comprises:
  • Chairwoman Jill Reynolds, vice president of Commerce Trust Co.;
  • Vice Chairman Roger Shaw, a rancher in Thomasville;
  • Treasurer Shari Hoffman, senior wealth manager at BKD Wealth Advisors;
  • Secretary Gloria Galanes, interim dean of the College of Arts & Letters at Missouri State University; and
  • Chair Emeritus Cliff Brown, attorney and partner at Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown PC.
