Singapore-based semiconductor company Broadcom Ltd. plans to move its legal headquarters to the United States, officials announced Thursday at the White House.
Broadcom’s legal address will be registered in Delaware; its U.S. headquarters is already in San Jose, California. Broadcom CEO Hock Tan said the switch would bring $20 billion in revenue to the states.
