Bass Pro Shops' store at The Pyramid in Memphis, Tennessee, posted $46.7 million in sales during its second full year in operation.
That's a 15.5 percent dip from its first full year, when sales were $56.3 million, according to Memphis city records obtained by The Commercial Appeal.
Bass Pro pays the city of Memphis at least $1 million annually in rent. The Springfield outdoor retailer signed a 55-year lease on the city-owned Pyramid.
