Negotiating? Intimidate your boss with your big, fat face

Go ahead and pound down that double burger with extra mayo, large fries and milkshake at lunch today, because if you're fat, you'll probably earn more than a thinner coworker. Especially if you're a man.
 
Research conducted by business school professors at the University of California, Riverside, and reported by Bloomberg Businessweek, found having a fat face got study participants $2,200 more than those with lean faces when negotiating for fictional bonuses. But you have to be male: Women, apparently, weren't rewarded for being heavy.
 
One reason attributed to the success of those with rotund mugs is that they lie and cheat more than thin people, according to a separate report published by the same researchers. But again, only if the chubby cheater is male. Men with wide faces have higher levels of testosterone, which is scientifically linked to triggering feelings of power and superiority.
