Enoch Morris, development and sales director for Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts, and his wife co-own the eatery, which employs five members of the Morris family and four part-time staff. Morris Spices obtained an $80,000 U.S. Small Business Administration-backed loan through Liberty Bank to help fund the startup. With about 1,000 square feet, the eatery seats nearly 35.
