Springfield area companies compete for a spot among the 12 fastest-growing businesses - unveiled from No. 12 to No. 1 during the event.
Dynamic Dozen companies, which must have their headquarters within 50 miles of Springfield, are evaluated based on both dollar and percentage revenue growth during a three-year period. A third-party accounting firm tabulates the results for the notable networking event.
The event will feature awards in the following categories:
Top Local Executive: This award is for the company's local top dog. Executives at the top use many different titles - some include CEO, president, managing partner or chief operating officer - so nominate the person at the top who has the ultimate responsibility for directing the company on its journey forward.
Top Local Financial Executive: This award is for the company leader whose responsbilities include keeping close tabs on the company's bottom line. Nominate the person who takes the lead role in monitoring revenues, expenditures and other facts and figures, with a keen eye on moving the bottom line in a positive direction.
Top Local Sales/Marketing Executive: This award is for the mastermind behind a company's plans and/or efforts to reach more customers and generate more sales. Nominate the person who guides the company sales force, brands the business and/or shapes the company's market presence with innovation and determination.
