Phoenix Home Care Inc. took home top honors last night at Springfield Business Journal’s Dynamic Dozen event.
Around 215 people attended the ceremony at DoubleTree Hotel on North Glenstone Avenue. Honorees were ranked through a numbers-based formula that awards points for both revenue and percentage growth year to year 2012-14.
To take home the No. 1 award, Phoenix posted 2014 revenue of $37.6 million, a 159 percent increase compared to 2012 revenue of $14.5 million.

Determined by an independent panel of judges, individual honors were awarded to:
- Top Local Executive Mark McFatridge, president and CEO of Metropolitan National Bank;
- Top Local Financial Officer Leah Ann Iaguessa, chief financial officer for Penmac Staffing Services Inc.;
- Top Local Sales/Marketing Professional Zac Rantz, chief communication officer for Nixa Public Schools;
- Top Local Human Resources Professional Christopher Bos, director of human resources for Mercy Hospital Springfield; and
- Employee of the Year Martin Gugel, assistant director of Public Works for the city of Springfield.
