Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) promoted a 15-year employee to a newly created president role.

The Monett-based banking software and technology firm named Stacey Zengel, previously general manager of JHA OutLink Processing Services, president of the Jack Henry Banking division, according to a news release.

A Springfield resident and Jack Henry employee since 2000, Zengel will lead the core banking division’s operations, development, implementation and outsourced functions.

“I am happy to announce the creation of the new position of president of our banking division and believe this will promote further stability, growth and development for this very important aspect of our business,” Jack Henry President David Foss said in the release.

Scott Spain succeeds Zengel as general manager of JHA OPS. Most recently general manager of core solutions, the Monett resident has worked for the company 25 years.

Jack Henry also promoted 20-year employee Susan Geiss to general manager of Jack Henry Banking Operations and Ron Moses to general manager of consumer and commercial solutions. Moses joined the company in 1999, according to the release.

“Each of them has demonstrated unique qualities that have enhanced our company not only internally but also with our clients, prospects and business partners,” Foss said of the promotions.

Jack Henry has nearly 11,300 clients, including over 1,300 banks, according to the release. Its stock reached a 52-week high of $70.18 on March 20.

As of 9 a.m., JKHY shares were trading at $68.14. The company’s 52-week low is $51.86.[[In-content Ad]]
