With results verified by Missouri State University's College of Business Administration, the finalists have been named for Springfield Business Journal's 2009 Choice Employers awards.
The awards, now in their fourth year, are presented in four employment categories, based on companies' answers to an online survey about employee benefits, including retirement plans, perks and professional development.
By category, the finalists in alphabetical order are:
25-100 Employees: American Dehydrated Foods Inc./International Dehydrated Foods Inc.; Arvest Bank; Environmental Works Inc.; Kirkpatrick, Phillips & Miller CPAs PC; and Ollis & Co.
101-300 Employees: BKD LLP; Commerce Bank; The Track; Turblex Inc.; and UnitedHealthcare.
301+ Employees: American National Property & Casualty Co.; CoxHealth; St. John's Health System; T-Mobile USA Inc.; and Wyndham Vacation Resorts-Branson.
