Lathrop & Gage LLP added three new partners from the Springfield office of Polsinelli PC.
Announced today, Dwayne Fulk, James Meadows and Michael Textor joined Lathrop & Gage, which operates out of Springfield at 910 St. Louis St. It marks a move across the street for the former Polsinelli attorneys who had worked from Hammons Tower.
“They provide a great addition to our existing platform of legal services, and we look forward to supporting the growth of their practices,” said Randell Wallace, managing partner of Lathrop & Gage’s Springfield office, in a news release.
Fulk, the current president of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, brings 20 years of experience to Lathrop & Gage, with practice work in corporate and transactional law. He worked at Neale & Newman LLP before joining Polsinelli in 2012.
An 18-year attorney, Textor brings a focus on construction law and commercial litigation, according to the release.
Meadows, who has 13 years of experience, represents banks and property owners in commercial real estate disputes and has appeared multiple times in the Eighth Circuit for the U.S. Court of Appeals.
“It has been a pleasure to work with Mike, Jim and Dwayne over the years, as we have appreciated their valuable service to the firm and its clients, and we at Polsinelli wish them well at their new firm,” Polsinelli CEO Russ Welsh said in the release.
Lathrop & Gage employs over 320 attorneys at 11 offices. With the three new partners, the Springfield office has 18 attorneys and
12 partners, the release said.
Polsinelli lists seven shareholders for its Springfield office on its
website.
