While the economy was struggling between 2009 and 2011, AOS grew dramatically in response to advances in technology, both locally and region-wide. In just two years, the number of employees at the computer networking company increased from 181 to 331, and has since grown to 460 with no signs of slowing down. Since opening their doors in Springfield in 2006, AOS has become known for their consulting, design, implementation and support services for local, wide area and wireless networking, communication and collaboration, data center, physical and information security solutions.
