Esterly, AIA, with present-day managing partners Craig A. Schneider and Mary M. Arnold, who remain active with the firm.

Esterly, Schneider and its consultants provide full-range architectural and planning services. Its clients include financial, commercial, medical, governmental, retail, educational, and industrial entities. The firm provides these clients functional programming, land/master planning, interior design, and landscape architecture. Currently licensed in 39 states, the company designs projects throughout the United States.

The firm, is awaiting LEED Silver Certification of the Transportation Management Center project owned by the City of Springfield and Missouri Department of Transportation. This will be the City's first LEED Silver certified city-owned building.
