Dianne is the original employee of SBJ Publishing Inc. and now serves as president and chairwoman. Dianne has been practicing pride in publishing since the inception of Springfield Business Journal in July 1980. Dianne maintains an unshakable focus on what she sees as the company's core purpose: quality, timely and dependable business news.

Dianne earned a Master of Arts degree in Guidance and Counseling from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Tulsa.

Dianne didn't hesitate for a second when asked what she enjoys most about her work. She expressed great gratitude and fondness for the people who make it happen each week.
