Developer Morris Dock is building the seventh and final commercial condominium in Twin Oaks Office Park fronting James River Freeway.

In the final three phases of the student housing development, Bryan Properties is adding three buildings and 300 beds at the Kimbrough Avenue and Madison Street complex near Missouri State University.

The expansion project adds about 10 classrooms, a new foyer and a family life center with a gymnasium.

Branson-based HCW LLC organized Battlefield Strip LLC to acquire the property and develop a shopping center project on the former site of Back Yard Burgers.

National retailers Burlington Coat Factory, Petco and Ross Dress For Less have signed on to the 98-acre development with access to both West Sunshine Street and West Bypass.

The building is designed as a sustainable and collaborative structure with solar panels on the roof, a rooftop meeting and social area, a test kitchen for work between chefs and culinary teams, and an in-house bike shop and coffee shop.

After operating at 3045 S. Scenic Ave., Ste. 100, for 10 years, Missouri Tile is expanding its showroom and warehouse by 6,000 square feet.
