For twenty years, Lela Panagides has worked for some of the most admired global companies in the area of management consulting, leadership, learning and development, and organizational change. During her tenure as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse (later PricewaterhouseCoopers) and then Ernst & Young, Ms. Panagides worked with clients, employees, managers, and executives in the areas of talent management, development, coaching and strategic planning. In her work as Director of People and Organization Capability at Microsoft, Ms. Panagides led the talent agenda for the Latin America Area, a $1.7B business, which included high potential identification, succession planning, manager effectiveness, organizational development and executive on-boarding and coaching. Currently, Lela Panagides is CEO of Leap Into Leadership, a leadership consulting firm.
Ms. Panagides has a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Indiana University (Kelly School of Business). Ms. Panagides gives her time and talents to various non-profit and governmental organizations. She has lived and worked in six countries and resides in Springfield, Missouri.
