Springfield-based retirement planning firm Pension Consultants Inc. is working to expand its territory eastward with plans sketched to open an office in Nashville, Tenn.
The company hired Brad Yoder as senior vice president of regional sales to lead the move. Based in Louisville, Ky., Yader is slated to help launch the Nashville office with support staff in the next 18 to 24 months, according to a news release.
The firm currently serves companies with retirement plans in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Kansas from its Springfield office. Company officials are pursuing business in the Ohio Valley and Midsouth region, according to a news release.
“We’re excited to welcome Brad to Pension Consultants and will rely heavily upon his knowledge of the Ohio Valley/Midsouth market - in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio and Tennessee - to help us create new business relationships,” Pension Consultants founder and President Brian Allen said in the release.
Yoder, who has 20 years of industry experience, most recently worked at financial services company BB&T Corp. as vice president and corporate trust business development officer.
Currently, Pension Consultants serves companies in the Midwest and the South. The company’s clients have a combined 70,000 employees and $2 billion in assets, according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
